Apron Mamas
Hannah Mahlstedt, Doula
Get to know Me
I'm Hannah. I grew up near the small town of Cokato, Minnesota. I have always loved babies, and have been told stories of all the babies I held growing up... to the point of not even minding when the mama said..."they are fussy, but if you don't mind to work through it with them, that would be helpful."
Then... I also am a sister to four younger siblings... so I grew up knowing how to interact with babies from the start.
My next passion was helping our Great Pyrenees dogs whelp. It sounds crazy, but even that experience is what brought me to understand myself more, and my love for pregnancy, delivery, aftercares, and helping others during this special time.
I also grew up understanding at a young age about natural alternatives... in fact, I do not remember a time of not knowing... it is just what we did to work on our immune systems, and gaining overall health. This includes being in a traditional sauna, from about a couple weeks old.
